1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, or personal care products
  • Items with broken seals or altered packaging
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital services
  • Any item marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To start a return:

Contact us at info@inyourorigin.me with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

After receiving approval, ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@inyourorigin.me.
  • Include photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Items that do not meet the return criteria may be declined and returned back to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it first (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:
